PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING APPEAL APPLICATION on the following
property will be held on January 31st , 2011 to hear and transcribe testimony both for and
against, written and verbal:
Property # 121 – 24 – 0036A
Variance from 15 foot side yard setbacks per 17.24(1) of the Ephraim Zoning
Ordinance.
Property is zoned C-C
A notice is being sent to all property owners within 300’. Comments may be made in person at the meeting or in writing to be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 31st , 2011.
