The Ephraim Treatment Plant is equipped to pumpout and dispose of both Holding and Septic tank contents for residents. Please phone the Treatment Plant at 854-4991 to schedule a pumpout or inspection of your tank. If you are considering building on a new site, please contact the Treatment Plant staff for sewer hook-up information.
We are a licensed and nationally known laboratory able to provide Ephraim and nearby community residents with well water testing at a moderate price. It is recommended that you test your well at least once per year to ensure water quality, testing includes coliform bacteria and nitrate levels, as well as other bacteria, viruses and parasites. We can also recommend other tests that you may want to have run on your water, depending on your wells location, age and nearby land use. Testing containers and information on taking a water sample can be picked up at the treatment facility or at the Village Administrative Office located at 10005 Norway. Please contact the staff of the Treatment Plant to schedule an on-site test.
