Village of Ephraim Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes

Members Present: John Cox, Sue Sherman, Jane Olson, and Kathy Kirkland
Staff Present: Charity Forsch
Also Present: Steven Beaudot (7-7:30) and Lisa Solberg (7:30 – 8)
1. Call meeting to order
Cox called meeting to order at 7:02 PM
2. Changes in Agenda
None at this time.
3. Set meeting date for Board of Review
Sherman moved, seconded by Kirkland to set the Board of Review for Monday, June 8,
2009 at 7:00 PM to run concurrent with the Village Board meeting. Motion passed
unanimously.
4. Move into closed session per Wisc. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation of employees.
Kirkland moved, seconded by Sherman to move into closed session per Wisc. Stat.
19.85(1)(c) employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation of
employees. Kirkland – aye, Olson – aye, Cox – aye, and Sherman – aye.
Kirkland moved, seconded by Sherman to return to open session at 8:28 PM. Kirkland –
aye, Olson – aye, Cox – aye, and Sherman – aye.
5. Return to open session.
Kirkland moved, seconded by Sherman to return to open session at 8:28 PM. Kirkland –
aye, Olson – aye, Cox – aye, and Sherman – aye.
6. Adjournment
Olson moved, seconded by Kirkland to adjourn at 8:29 PM. Motion passed unanimously.
